Regions and tiers you can order right now:
- Tokyo — Compact, Standard and Wide, all in stock
- Hong Kong — Compact and Standard, both in stock
- Singapore — waitlist open, stock expected within two weeks
On delivery: where stock is on the shelf we rack and record the unit the same working day, and the connection details go out by email and in-app notification at the same time. Waitlisted tiers show the current lead time on the plan page, and we will not accept an order we cannot fulfil inside it.
On billing: every invoice settles from your account balance, so top up before you order or renew. The upside is that a renewal never fails because a card expired; the cost is that you need to keep a little balance on hand. Auto-renew is on by default and can be switched off from the service detail page.
