1. What we provide
We rent you a dedicated physical Mac mini by the month or on a longer term. The hardware is obtained by us from upstream facilities and suppliers; what you receive is exclusive use of that machine for the term, not ownership of it.
Each machine is handed over with its own publicly reachable hostname, SSH and screen-sharing ports, one system account with administrator rights, and 100 GB of relay traffic per cycle. The specification that applies is the one displayed on the plan page when you order.
We do not commit to a particular hardware serial, rack position or upstream supplier. If a machine has to be replaced — a hardware fault, for instance — we will migrate your service and give you at least 24 hours' notice except in an emergency.
2. Your account
You must register with a real, deliverable email address. Everything done under your account is treated as done by you, including by anyone you allow to use it. Keep your password and machine credentials to yourself.
You must be of age in your jurisdiction, or have a guardian's consent. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
If you believe your credentials have leaked, change your password and contact support@fucker.sh immediately. Use and charges incurred before you tell us remain yours.
3. Handover times
Machines are handed over by a person, not instantly by an API. Once payment clears, a provisioning task is created; we obtain the machine from our supplier, write in the connection details, and deliver them to you by email and in-portal notice.
Models shown as in stock are usually handed over the same working day. For models shown as waitlisted, the lead time on the plan page is an estimate, not a commitment.
If handover takes more than twice the stated estimate, you may ask for a full refund, returned to your account balance or to the original payment method.
4. Billing, balance and renewal
Charges are raised as invoices, payable from your account balance or directly through a supported payment method. The balance is a prepayment and does not earn interest.
We send renewal reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before a service falls due. Services with auto-renew on are charged to the balance on the due date; if the balance is short, auto-renew fails and the service moves to awaiting payment.
An overdue invoice puts the service into a grace period: it is suspended but your data is kept. After the grace period the service is terminated and the machine is reclaimed and wiped. The exact days are in the refund policy.
We may change prices, but for a service already running a change takes effect from the next renewal cycle and with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Your data
Data on the machine is yours. We do not back it up for you; arrange your own backups.
When a service ends and the machine is reclaimed, its storage is wiped. That is irreversible and we cannot recover anything afterwards.
We may need to access a machine to investigate a ticket you raised. Except in a security emergency we will ask you first, and the access is recorded on the ticket.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a service if: an invoice is overdue beyond the grace period; the acceptable use policy is breached; an upstream provider or law enforcement makes a legally founded demand; or your use is actively harming other customers or the network.
Services terminated for a policy breach are not refunded. Services we terminate for our own reasons are refunded for the unused term.
You may turn off auto-renew at any time in the portal, and the service stops at the end of the current cycle. You may also ask to end it early; refunds follow the refund policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it fits a particular purpose of yours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit, lost data, business interruption or third-party claims, whether or not we were warned they were possible.
8. Changes and disputes
We may amend these terms. Material changes are emailed to you at least 30 days ahead. If you do not accept them, you may end the service before they take effect and be refunded for the unused term.
These terms are governed by the law of our place of registration. Disputes should first be raised with us directly; if that fails, they go to a court of competent jurisdiction there.
If any clause is held invalid, the rest continues to apply.
